Please reserve at www.cpwestchester.com or call the Crowne Plaza White Plains at 866-594-6747. The discount code is NT2. This offer is valid until October 28, 2019.
Volunteers: We have a very limited number of reduced conference registrations for attendees who commit to volunteering throughout the entire conference. These volunteers will have the opportunity to attend select keynote speeches and sessions but will be given volunteer assignments throughout the conference. Volunteers will help at the registration table and serve as session chairs. Session volunteers will ensure that the speakers are in their rooms ahead of all sessions, ensure tech is all set up and functioning properly (if not they will alert tech support), introduce the speakers, and hold up a sign to let the speakers know when the sessions are almost done (5 minute warnings). Volunteers will be required to attend a virtual training session prior to the conference. Volunteers who do not fulfill this requirement will not be able to attend the conference at a volunteer rate. Volunteers who do not fulfill conference assignments will be billed the non-volunteer conference rate. After the conclusion of the conference, volunteers will be invited to a Volunteer Social to thank them for their service. If you are interested in volunteering, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and the registration code.
Conference Cancellation Policy: No cancellations/refunds after October 15, 2019. There will be a $40 processing fee for all cancellations. Cancellations must be made in writing to email@example.com. Cancellation fees also apply for a Purchase order. Even if you don’t attend, you are still responsible for the processing fee and conference fee if cancellation is requested after 10/15/19.
For teachers who are registering with a Purchase Order (P.O.), please see our new invoice policy. If you are paying with a PO, please present a copy of the invoice to your school to generate a PO for payment.
